Tattoos are expensive af and make up takes as much time as shaving so my guess is the’re just bored with their life and try to come with any idea just to get attention. Nothing new.
Women started shaving for a reason. That’s just so unappealing I don’t even know where to start.
They started because the razor industry noticed they sold each man a razor and wanted to broaden their market. Look it up, it’s actually true.

by mistake. This is now a custom still practiced in many Greek villages.
